Yes, we highly encourage ordering samples. We offer 4x4 or 6x6 swatches of most products so you can evaluate the color, texture, and finish in your home's unique lighting.

What happens if my tiles arrive damaged?

While we pack our products with extreme care, damage can occasionally occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any broken items within 48 hours for a full replacement.

What is your return policy for overstock tiles?
