At Elite Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your tile selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, full-box items in their original packaging.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack with Care
Securely package the tiles in their original manufacturer boxes and place them on a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the return shipping label and RMA form to the exterior of the package and ship the items back to our designated distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
